Services

Co. 1028 Travel & Events provides travel planning, itinerary design, event coordination, and related advisory services. All services are provided on a custom basis and are subject to availability and third-party supplier terms.

Payments & Fees

Service fees, deposits, and payment schedules are outlined in your individual client agreement or proposal. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing. Third-party supplier cancellation policies (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, etc.) apply and are separate from our service fees.

Cancellations & Changes

Cancellation and modification policies vary by supplier and booking type. We strongly recommend travel insurance for all bookings. Co. 1028 Travel & Events is not responsible for losses due to cancellations, delays, or changes by third-party suppliers.

Limitation of Liability

Co. 1028 Travel & Events acts as an agent on your behalf when booking third-party services. We are not liable for acts, errors, omissions, injuries, losses, or damages caused by airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, or other suppliers. In the event of a claim against Co. 1028 Travel & Events, our total liability, if any, is limited solely to the value of the professional planning fees paid directly to us for the applicable trip or service — and does not extend to the cost of travel, accommodations, or any other third-party expenses.

SMS Communications

By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive text messages, you agree to receive trip-related SMS communications from Co. 1028 Travel & Events, including itinerary updates, confirmations, reminders, and time-sensitive travel information.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cobb County, Georgia.
